Testori Aero Supply has the capability to manufacture fabric seat covers for a wide range of seat models of different seat manufacturers, from Economy to First Class seats, attendant seats and cockpit seats. All the materials used to manufacture the fabric seat covers satisfy the flammability requirements (CS 23 / 25 / 27 / 29.853).

Testori Aero Supply can supply a large variety of aircraft cabin curtains, from galley/aisle curtains, to class divider curtains and crew rest curtains, that are usually installed on aircraft rails through hooks into sliders or snap fasteners. Curtains can be pleated or plain, or even wadded or padded. All the materials used to manufacture the curtains satisfy the flammability requirements (CS 23 / 25 / 27 / 29.853).

Testori Aero Supply has the capability to manufacture aircraft cabin carpets in wool and in nylon. Carpets can be overlocked as per customer’s requirement. Testori Aero Supply carpets satisfy the flammability requirements (CS 23 / 25 / 27 / 29.853).

Testori Aero Supply can supply seat cushions for a wide range of seat models of different seat manufacturers, from Economy to First Class seats, attendant seats and cockpit seats. Cushions can be certified for both 9g and 16g seats and aircraft (for 16g aircraft, through an EASA approved STC). Testori Aero Supply is able to manufacture the seat cushions using a variety of materials including light weight graphited polyurethane foam and polyethylene foam, in accordance with desirable seat comfort and customer’s needs. All the materials used to manufacture the cushions satisfy the flammability requirements (CS 23 / 25 / 27 / 29.853).

Testori Aero Supply has the capability to manufacture metal parts, plastic and honeycomb parts, such as tray table, seat pocket structures, magazine rack structure and non-structural parts. Testori is also able to produce interior placards, antimacassar and bags for crew equipment.
